Ultra 25 Impact Door


Thanks to RubbAir’s new Ultra-25 door, you can comply with the Fed’s strict new energy conservation requirements for cooler door applications without giving up the convenience and efficiency of a free-swinging traffic door, or the reliable attractive design of a proven RubbAir product.






The Ultra-25’s lightweight, fully-gasketed design provides a tight closure without the need for cumbersome in-fitting hinged doors or costly sliding doors. Because the Ultra-25 is a true impact traffic door, personnel need not fumble with latches or handles, but need only bump the door open by hand, cart, pallet jack or light fork lift. The patented Helix Hinge will return the door to a tightly closed position automatically.



4" Thick, Foam-Filled R-25 Panels



Ultra-25 doors feature an aluminum/high density polymer helix hinge system to deliver smooth, effortless swing in 105º of arc in both directions. Helix hinges require no lubrication and reliably close to the tightly sealed “home” position every time. The hinge mounting hardware, jamb guard and pivot post hardware are constructed of stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
